« AMAZING DEAL! »

Forget shelling out all your hard-earned money at a Verizon store or any other "authorized" retailer. I bought one of these batteries because when you are on the go, and you find yourself somewhere and bored, what do you do? Youtube, correct! Good luck getting your battery to last even half the day though. So I purchased this product to carry a spare battery with me at all times to have in case I have to be away from a charger for extended periods of time.

Works PERFECTLY! Lasts just as long as the battery my Motorola Droid [A855] came with. I am considering purchasing several more when these batteries start to fail, at this price, you really cant go wrong! Next time you go to a retailer and see the battery prices, let that sticker-shock bring you back to this product. You wont regret!

As a side note: I am currently running the latest version of BuglessBeast and a custom 1.2GHz kernel, rooted Android OS, and overclocked to 1.1GHz, Froyo. Never ever will go back to stock. Rooted Android phone = what a smartphone is really capable of. Rooted-Droid DOES!

« Droid Battery »

The only negative about my Motorola Droid phone from Verizon is the rate at which it uses the battery. However, I purchased two spares (really only need one extra) and keep one in the charger and one in the battery. I change about once every other day. Now I don't worry so much about apps continuing to run on the phone. Even if I have to start changing batteries every day, it only takes about 3 hours to completely recharge the battery and is ready to go again.

It would be great if they included two batteries in each phone. However, buy them here. Verizon wants $30 for each one. This one cost $6 here.

« Great buy! »

Look and charge just like the original that came with my Droid. Much cheaper than buying from Verizon. The batteries came partially charged so I put them in my phone and used them until the charge was nearly depleted, then charged overnight and they are good to go!
