    « (almost) couldnt ask for more »
    i love this product and would recommend to anyone and would buy again myself. the only reason i gave this 4 stars is it (amazingly) comes with a total of 6 ear pieces so it can fit comfortably in your ear, but only two of them will even remotely work for me, and one is painful after just 5 minutes (too large). the best choice leaves my ear a bit sore after an hour or so. i wish i could find an ear piece that i can wear longer without any discomfort. otherwise, the volume is awesome, i can hear and be heard clearly, and the customer service is just as classy as the product. and you get a live person in just a couple minutes when you call.

    « Didn't live up to the hype »
    Good news: it looks cool and it is light-weight.

    Bad news: Poor fit, for my ears. The ear loop didn't improve the fit. The volume adjustment is not intuitive; I find myself reaching for the phone to turn the volume up or down.

    Conclusion: Jawbone being one of the more expensive bluetooth headsets in the market, it simply didn't live up to its price tag.

    I've owned 10 bluetooth headsets and this is the worst. It comes with many ways to attach to your ear, none of which worked well. Also, all other headsets took at most 2 seconds to connect with the phone when powered on. This one hardly ever makes the connection. One must power on and off several times in order to get a connection. People tell me I sound muffled, even though I am careful to make sure it is touching my face. This is difficult considering the first issue.

    I purchased this item to replace a broken Plantronics Voyager Pro. My old Voyager Pro worked flawlessly until it physically broke. I found the Jawbone to be uncomfortable to wear, and very difficult to use. I returned it to amazon, and got a new Voyager Pro under warranty at no cost.
