    « Not for Iphone »
I Initially like it for the size and price, pairing with a Iphone was absolutely easy. I have a 3G and this thing is horible when paired up.

    1) Picks a ton of background noise and everything else except my voice.
    2) Doesnt stay in the ear, had to pick it up multiple times from ground when walking.
    3) People at the other end of the line can barely hear me when am at the top of my voice.
    4) Seems to have been good and went to worse.
    5) Unusable at this point, i have to use the wired heasset or phone directly.

Will pay for shipping and returned even if i get couple bucks back for this.

« Takes a bit of getting used to, but great sound and value! »
I got this little headset because of the great reviews I read, its small size and position (doesn't compete with my eyeglasses), and the great low price. I watched the video of the very helpful guy who tried to demystify the insertion/position in the ear. I thought: "I can do that!" When I got my first unit I put it in and had quite a bit of trouble getting it right. I finally figured out that if I can get it to hold in the ear canal and lay flat against my cheek at the same time, then I'm on my way to hearing well and being heard well. Still, that first time it was extremely uncomfortable, pressing on my ear canal. I think I bruised up the canal pretty thoroughly with all my efforts at situating the piece the first time. I had to stop using it for a couple of days so my ear could recover. The second time went a little better. I still bruised my ear canal a bit, but not nearly as much as the first time. And so it went. Things got better and better. By about the 4th or 5th outing with this device, I was a pro. I can now put it in quickly without bruising myself at all and it's so small and light that I forget I have it on. It never comes loose anymore either - at first it did. It even fell out of my ear a couple of times. But it did not get damaged.

I got a second unit because I thought my husband broke the charger on the first one when he dropped it. The charging light wouldn't come on, so I ordered a new unit. As it turned out, no sooner did I receive the new one, than the old one's charger started showing the lights again. So now I have two.

The only thing I can say against this product is that it does not seem to hold its charge well in the cold. I left it in the car one winter night (Vermont) and it was dead by morning. But it recharged just fine and has been working fine since then.

Of all the bluetooth headsets I've owned, I now declare this one the most comfortable. Also, it has the best (by far) sound - incoming and outgoing - of any of the headsets my husband and I have tried so far.

If you have the patience and perseverance to stick it out and get familiar with the correct positioning of this little beauty, you will be richly rewarded. I love it! And what a great price too! I paid $22.37 for the first one and $17.99 for the second one. From different vendors. But free shipping (Amazon Free Super Saver) both times.

    « Worked for about 2 weeks.. »
This product has bad craftmanship.. I read the negative and positives about the product and figured that some people just didn't know how to use it. I purchased this item for my wife and it worked just fine for the first 2 weeks. Then it started turning off by itself about 2 minutes after she powered it up. Once, she even let it charge overnite to be certain it had a full charge. Still the same results. Just bad craftmanship I figure. Returned it and Amazon understood and was great as usual with their customer service. (Gotta love these guys)

« I just wanted to be a business cyborg. »
It was always a dream of mine to walk around in public, wearing a shimmery shim suit, flaying my hands too and fro as I pretend to close imaginary deals. I wished for years that I could talk louder than anyone else in the room, and have everyone wondering, "who the ** is he talking too?" I always always always wanted to be that guy. My day came. I bought the Samsung WEP200. My dreams were crushed. It was so small no one noticed. Every time I yelled using it, my imaginary business partners hung up. All those fantasies of pretending to be more important than I really was were gone. I gave this to my wife. She loved it.

    Good bye Cyborg man,... goodbye.

« Comfortable, Too Small, Disconnects for Some Reason »
I first liked this headset when I got it because of the small size and easy fit without an ear hook. They are reasonably loud and easy to use (volume, On/Off & paring). Charging is simple: drop it in its storage charging case and close the lid.

But first, it is somewhat tiny and so you either need to wear it continually in your ear (hardly cool) or risk it getting lost in a purse. And because it is so smooth it does not hang in a bluetooth carrying loop that I had on my cellphone case (slips out).

The dedicated charging case is also very small and has a dedicated charger with a unique charging tip (does not work with a mini USB connector or most other charging hubs)

But the most disappointing failure was that the headset would inexplicably disconnect from my AT&T Tilt in the middle of a call and the re-pairing would need to be done all over again. When you are driving and expecting a hands-free ride, this is a pretty serious problem.

So I am replacing it and hoping that Samsung has addressed these problems with the well-reviewed WEP470.
